ISHAHAYI BEACH HOUSE

Tucked within a lush grove of over 75 mature coconut palms, this private beach house is set on a sprawling 6,000 sqm site, the 4-bedroom retreat blends seamlessly into its tropical surroundings, with the architecture carefully positioned to preserve the natural landscape.

At the heart of the design is a strikingly symmetrical plan that elegantly fans out toward the ocean, ensuring that every room opens up to uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. The material palette evokes a sense of calm and simplicity—sand-white concrete walls, terracotta-tiled floors, and warm touches of natural stone and timber.

Created in collaboration with interior design studio Design Dot, the result is a tranquil yet refined sanctuary where nature and architecture exist in perfect harmony.
